Founded in 1981, Seaside is the most historic of the three areas. Rent out a studio apartment overlooking the square for two or a four story home to fill with all your family and friends. Seaside has activities for people of all ages that are just a short bike ride away. This town also features 5 pools for renters to enjoy during their stay. Seaside is an overall fan favorite for a reason!

If Seaside is a little too busy for you but you loved the small town costal feel, then Rosemary Beach is the place for you! Rosemary is filled with cobblestone streets and breathtaking views. It is located at the opposite end of the Highway as Seaside, but still has the crystal clear water that 30A is known for! Rosemary is another family friendly community and also offers 4 pools for renters to enjoy!

If you're looking for more of a quiet and secluded beach experience then Alys Beach is your answer. Alys beach is where many celebrities own vacation homes because of its private and slow paced community. This community offers renters exclusive access its famously breathtaking Caliza pool. Alys is also known for its unique architecture, as featured in Architectural Digest below, and white painted houses that make you feel as if you're walking the streets of Greece. If you don't stay in Alys then make sure to grab a coffee and stroll through this beautiful town so you don't miss the sights!
